Meet Our Experienced Pediatric Dentists in Miami

Dr. Marvin A. Abarca is a board-certified pediatric dentist who brings exceptional expertise and compassion to Little Champions Pediatric Dentistry.
Originally born in Nicaragua, he was raised in Miami and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry from Florida International University (FIU). His efforts at FIU earned him acceptance into the prestigious Ivy League institution of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. In dental school, Dr. Abarca balanced a rigorous curriculum that earned him multiple scholarships for outstanding academics and community involvement. Dr. Abarca earned his certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Howard University School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class.

He participates locally and globally in missionary trips with Mission of Mercy and Somos Amigos in the Dominican Republic, respectively. As an active Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, he stays up to date with the newest medications and dental treatments available for his patients. He has hospital privileges at the world-renowned Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and, most recently, in February 2022, he was granted hospital privileges at Holtz Children's Hospital located in Miami, Florida, affiliated with Jackson Health.

Dr. Abarca has excellent bedside manners and provides the highest caliber of patient care. He routinely performs challenging pediatric procedures successfully while keeping his patients safe and comfortable.

He lives in Miami and enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and cooking! On weekends, he follows Real Madrid soccer club and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. Dr. Abarca is passionate about his patients and is here to meet the healthcare needs of our community.
